为抢客,俩“黑出租”司机生口角 胡某,男,28岁,济南章丘人；白某,男,33岁,菏泽单县人。这两人都是开面包车的,都常在省体育中心附近拉客人揽活儿。胡某驾驶一辆红色面包车,白某驾驶一辆银色面包车。 很显然,他们驾驶的就是所谓的“黑出租”。“经常在一起等活儿,他们俩本来就认识。”市中公安分局四里村派出所副所长黄冀介绍,他们之前也曾有过矛盾。矛盾来源于抢客人、抢活儿。5月14日上午8点多,他俩同在一处等活儿,此时来了俩客人说要去章丘。他俩迎上去抢起来。最后两名司机发生口角,手上的动作也多起来。俩客人一看不妙,干脆谁的车也不坐,走了。 推搡后,一名司机掏出刀子 两名司机的口角升级,动起手来。随后,他们来到路边的一块草地上,你推我挡,似乎要大打出手。不过,他们最终没有真正打起来。根据警方提供的一段视频可以看出,两个人的动作还是以推搡为主,间或有一两下的“攻击”,但都不是很激烈。 当时,两人都穿白色上衣,黑色裤子,在草地上推搡,有围观者看得比较明显。在推搡了几分钟后,两人从草地上离开。“这时候,胡某打算开车走,但是白某跑上去,拉住车门不让胡某走。”四里村派出所副所长黄冀介绍。 而惨剧就在这时候发生了。胡某从车里掏出一把水果刀,冲着白某来了。 胳膊胸口各捅了一刀,还不解恨 胡某较胖,白某比他瘦。胡某拿着刀,就在路边,对着白某的胳膊和胸口各捅了一刀。 白某被捅后,胡某似乎并不想就此罢手,他又用刀扎了白某银色面包车的四个轮胎,还从车上拿出一根铁棍,将白某面包车的左侧两块车玻璃打碎,又把前挡风玻璃打出一块碎裂的“白斑”。干了这些之后,胡某才上了自己的红色面包车,驾车离开。 根据当时的目击者介绍,鲜血染红了白某的衣服,白某随后跑到路边拦车。一位出租车司机看到白某满身是血,立即把他拉到附近的医院救治。警方介绍,最终白某因“血气胸”不治身亡。 捅人后逃走,警方严查只得自首 胡某将白某捅伤之后,一位目击市民拨打了110报警电话。接到报警后,专案组成立。 警方经过侦查,发现胡某向泰安方向逃跑,民警立即展开追击；同时,另一路民警也找到胡某的家人,开展规劝工作。 5月14日晚,胡某在警方强大的攻势和压力下,来到市中公安分局四里村派出所投案自首。目前,胡某因涉嫌故意伤害致人死亡被警方刑拘,此案正在进一步审理中。
